With deep knowledge of organizational culture, Peggy helps health care leaders create  solutions that generate patient experience results. Prior to this venture, Peggy served as the Vice President and Chief Experience Officer at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin, ranked among the nation’s best pediatric hospitals.   In this first such C-suite  position for Children's, Peggy was appointed by the CEO to drive culture change.  Peggy operated as  the strategic internal consultant to drive customer oriented thinking and behaviors.  She was recognized for demonstrably advancing organizational accountability for the voice of the customer, successfully engaging physicians and other providers along the way.

Peggy has over 25 years of progressive experience in senior roles at leading organizations.  Prior to her CXO role, she served 16 years as the senior HR executive at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin, consistently recognized as a great place to work. Her career includes several years at GE Healthcare in influential legal and HR roles.  Her background spans change management, leadership development and workplace commitment strategies.  She is recognized for her leadership, facilitation and influence skills.

She has a track record of success advising physicians and other health care professionals in workplace change management and culture shaping.  Her energy is contagious and boundless; organizations advance with her insights and direction.

Peggy received her JD from University of Wisconsin - Madison and her MBA (MM) from the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University.  She holds a bachelors of arts degree from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee.

Peggy is married and an "empty nester" with two grown children.  With her husband, John, Peggy enjoys recreational biking and living in a Craftsman Style home, loves all things Arts & Crafts for their simplicity and beauty.
